Clear projects, tasks created in a second
Each project gathers its tasks, notes, documents and links. Type a task title, press Enter: it is created. You fill in the rest later if needed.
Lightning-fast creation
One line, Enter, done. Add several tasks in a row without leaving the keyboard.
Priorities and due dates
High, normal or low, a deadline, and overdue tasks stand out on their own.
Assignment
Assign a task to one or more people on the project: everyone finds their own.
Comments
Discuss a task right on its card, without losing the history.

The project's important links (mockup, folder, tool) kept in one place.
Search everything
Find a task, a note, a document or a link in a few letters.
Report / suggest
A bug, a change or an idea, with screenshots pasted (Ctrl+V) and annotated: box, arrow, pen, text.
Import and export
A list in Markdown or CSV (written by an AI, for example) becomes tasks sorted into groups.

Claude's AI, with your own key
Flopilot uses Claude, Anthropic's AI, with the API key from your Anthropic account. You stay in control: nothing is sent until you click.

Summarise a document
The key points of a long PDF or of minutes, in a few lines.
Suggest tasks
From a document, the AI suggests the tasks to create. You choose which to keep.

Your key is encrypted on our server. Usage is billed by Anthropic to your account.
