Flopilot is part of the Flopix family of applications (www.flopix.fr).

2. Hosting

Flopilot is hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419. The server is located in France: data is hosted in France, within the European Union.

3. Purpose of the Service

Flopilot is an online project organisation application: tasks, list, kanban board and calendar views, notes, drawings, documents, dashboards, teamwork, optional artificial intelligence features and connections to the applications of the Flopix family. Its use is governed by the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of Flopilot (brand, logo, interface, texts, illustrations, source code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Flopix. Any reproduction, distribution or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.

The content you upload to Flopilot (tasks, notes, drawings, documents, comments) remains your property or that of its authors. The names and trademarks of the third-party services mentioned (Google Drive, Anthropic, Claude, Stripe…) belong to their respective owners; Flopilot is not affiliated with any of them.

5. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection): [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

6. Cookies

Flopilot only sets one strictly necessary cookie (to keep you logged in) and no advertising or audience measurement cookies. Details on the Cookies page.

7. Reporting content

To report illegal content hosted on Flopilot: [email protected], stating the address of the page and the reason for your report. Every report is handled as quickly as possible.

8. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), a consumer customer who has not obtained satisfaction after a written complaint may refer the matter, free of charge, to the mediator: Société Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France, mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.
