Last updated: October 14, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of discrepancy: read it in French.
In short. A single cookie, needed to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies, no audience measurement cookies, no social media trackers. That is why no consent banner is shown.
1. The cookie we use
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
flopilot_sid | Keeps you securely logged in to your account (HttpOnly cookie, containing no readable data). | 30 days at most, erased when you log out | Strictly necessary |
This cookie is essential for the Service to work: in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the CNIL guidelines, it does not require your consent.
2. Browser local storage
Flopilot also saves a few display preferences in your browser (local storage), for example the last organisation you opened, the view you chose (list, kanban board or calendar) or a collapsed panel. This information stays on your device, is not used to track you and is not shared with anyone. It is also exempt from consent.
3. What we do not use
- No audience measurement cookies (no Google Analytics or equivalent);
- No advertising or retargeting cookies;
- No social media buttons that set trackers;
- No fonts or resources loaded from a third-party service on our pages.
4. Third-party service pages
When you pay for or manage your subscription, you are taken to a Stripe page, which may set its own cookies (security, fraud prevention) under its own policy. Those cookies are the responsibility of that service.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. If you delete flopilot_sid, you will simply be logged out; if you delete local storage, your display preferences will go back to their default settings.
