Frequently asked questions

Flopilot is an online app to organise and centralise all your projects, on your own or as a team. Each project gathers its tasks (as a list, a kanban board or a calendar), its notes, its drawings, its documents, its links and its dashboard.

No. Flopilot opens in your browser, on computer, tablet or phone. There is no app to install.

PDFs, images, carousels, Markdown files, Word documents and Google Docs, spreadsheets and presentations are displayed straight in the app, without downloading. Each file stays downloadable in its original format.

Simply drag the folder into a project's Documents tab: from your computer (Google Drive for desktop), or the .zip that Google Drive prepares when you download a folder. Subfolders and documents arrive as they are, as if you had created them in Flopilot. Downloaded Google Docs become Word files readable in the app; Google Docs shortcuts keep their link. No connection to your Google account is needed.

To have a document, a note, a link or a message read by one person, several, or a whole project, with a deadline if needed. Everyone ticks "Read" and you see who has read it and when.

Three plans, per organisation, monthly or yearly (2 months free when billed yearly): Solo at 9,99 € per month or 99,99 € per year, Team at 29,99 € per month or 299,99 € per year, Business at 79,99 € per month or 799,99 € per year. The details are on the Pricing page.

There is no free plan, but there is a free trial. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial: you get full access, nothing is charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel before then without paying anything (once per account). After that, the subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled anytime, and the guests you share a project with never pay.

No. A guest sees only the projects you share with them: they read, comment and tick their tasks, for free. The number of guests depends on the plan (Solo: 3, Team: 25, Business: unlimited).

From your space, in a few clicks. The subscription stops at the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund. There is no minimum term.

Yes, anytime from your space (Stripe billing portal). The difference is calculated pro rata for the current period.

Flopilot warns you and offers to move up to the plan above. Nothing you have already created is deleted.

The owner can do everything, including managing billing. The administrator can do everything but billing: they manage members and see all projects. The member sees the organisation's projects and those they are added to, and they create and edit. The guest sees only the projects shared with them.

Yes. You can share a project with one specific person (a client, a contractor) or with a whole team, and give them a role on that project only.

In France, on an OVH server. Flopilot is published by Flopix, a French company. No advertising, no data reselling.

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed and never readable passwords, two-factor authentication available, AI keys and connection tokens encrypted on the server, and roles that limit who sees what.

Yes. Each document downloads in its original format. To recover all your organisation's data, write to [email protected] from your account's address.

Nothing is deleted: your organisation becomes read-only, and you find everything again when you resubscribe. If you want everything erased, ask [email protected].

Flopilot uses Claude, Anthropic's AI, with your own API key, created on your Anthropic account (console.anthropic.com). It helps with writing, summarises a document, suggests tasks from a document and recaps the week, depending on your plan. The relevant text is only sent to Anthropic when you launch an action, and usage is billed to you directly by Anthropic.

No. Without a key, Flopilot works fully: only the AI features stay off.

The apps of the Flopix family, including Flopix (your site and its visits) and Flopost (carousels to approve and publish on social networks, stats). The number of connected apps depends on the plan (Solo: 2, Team: 5, Business: 5).
